If members are absent from their enrolled class without notice to our front desk for 4 weeks, they will be automatically unenrolled if the class is full. This allows for others on the waitlist to join the class. Please contact us if you’re going to be gone for more than 3 weeks. We can also discuss a 1 month membership pause if need be (see question below).
If a member proactively cancels their own classes but has not been present in class for two months and has not responded to our attempts at communication, the member may be automatically unenrolled from their class if it has a waitlist, which may also result in downgrading or terminating membership.
