Get your booty to camp with our limited Twerk series this April on Tuesdays 8:45PM-9:45PM with Aries. Explore the healing and empowering nature of Twerk as you move, sweat, and celebrate your body in a safe and joyful space. Open to all movement backgrounds and levels.
Each week in April, learn Twerk foundations and technique, as Aries leads us through strong body alignment and muscle engagement to ensure safe and effective movement. We’ll learn a variety of Twerk moves and combinations, from the basics of popping, shaking, and bouncing to dynamic, crowd-pleasing moves.
Tennis shoes, shorts/loose pants, and kneepads are highly encouraged.
This series is a four-week affair in April on Tuesdays 8:45PM-9:45PM, from April 7th to April 28th. Save your spot in all 4 classes for $60. Can’t make it every week? Save your spot in 2 classes for $35.
Ages 18+. Bootcamp is a limited series, so classes cannot be purchased individually or booked using makeup credits. Classes do not need to be attended consecutively.
Bootcamp passes can only be refunded prior to your first class. Used passes cannot be refunded or exchanged. All passes expire on April 28th, 2026.
Ari, AKA Aries, is a professional nerd, part-time chaos gremlin, and full-time rump shaker. Twerking for longer than she can remember, Ari began her teaching journey in 2023. Gaining instructor certifications from Vertical Joes, Rockstar Pole Fitness, and X Pole (L1 & L2), she brings a wealth of expertise in Twerk foundations and technique to her classes. She has taught Twerk at studios such as Sankalpa Pole Fitness and Ass Class at Pole Den, in addition to performing in showcases around Denver.
As a pole and Twerk instructor, this H-town hottie’s classes fully embody her uninhibited mentality. She encourages all who attend to shed their inhibitions and embrace the joy of life through movement. Dubbed “Thee A$$ Shaking Aries,” Ari loves to transport her students to fun and open environments where they can embody whatever dance means to them.
