Henry Woods
Join us for an invigorating Contemporary Ballet Dance Lab with professional dancer Henry Woods on Saturday, March 22nd, 2:30PM-4:00PM! Henry’s open level class combines classical ballet technique with contemporary styles and introduces us to a creative and inclusive approach to the world of ballet.
Henry’s Dance Lab combines the clean lines of English technique, as well as the sharp and impactful style of Cuban methodologies, with contemporary techniques such as Spiral, Release, and breathwork. Open to all levels with an emphasis on intermediate movement, Henry will lead us through barre, center, and a contemporary ballet combo.
