Kristina is a dancer at heart and loves movement of any kind. Moving makes her spirit feel alive. She has taught fitness classes for over 15 years and loves the balanced combination of teaching barre, sculpt, and dance cardio classes with therapeutic yin, flow, and MFR classes. She encourages students of all fitness levels to feel successful with her welcoming, positive, upbeat, challenging, and fun class experiences.

Kristina has a strong ballet background, dances with the Fort Collins Salsa Collective, and holds certifications with Barre Above™, Balletone™, and Soul Sweat™ dance fitness. She earned her 200-hr Power Vinyasa certification through Mindstream Yoga and holds a 500-hr certification through Yoga Medicine™ as a Therapeutic Specialist.
