Our judgment-free approach to adult classes keeps the focus on joy and movement while making your workout feel fun and effortless. No prior experience necessary for our dance fitness classes since they are structured in an accessible follow-along format.
This free class takes place outside on the Lyric’s lawn. Wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.
