Rebekah Knight

Rebekah has experienced the joy of dance for many years. As a child, she took ballet and tap dance classes, and eventually taught pre-ballet at Southern California Classical Ballet Conservatory. She went on to express her passion for modern, jazz, and contemporary dance with various choreography and performance groups throughout high school, college, and graduate school. In 2005, she joined Mary Constantine Nelson’s Loveland dance company and shared her artistic expression with the Northern Colorado community at the Lincoln Center within Christmas and Easter celebrations. Rebekah then found BeBad Hip Hop and immersed herself in more hard-hitting percussive movement, while she became certified as a QuiDance instructor and took Nia classes. More recently, Rebekah volunteered with Dance2BeFree, a nonprofit organization that works with women in corrections to provide them with a physical and emotional outlet. Rebekah discovered Soul Sweat, began teacher training, and was certified as a Soul Sweat instructor in 2018. She is overjoyed to share her experience with participants and inspire others to move!
